IndexNow automation
Automatic IndexNow submission for new and changed pages
AutoIndexNow watches your sitemaps, detects pages that are genuinely new or changed, and submits them through IndexNow with per-request evidence, retries and alerts.
What IndexNow does, and what it does not
IndexNow is an open protocol: you tell participating search engines (Bing, Yandex, Seznam, Naver and others) that a URL was added, changed or removed, and one submission is shared with all of them. It replaces waiting for a crawler to notice.
A submission is a notification, not a guarantee. A 200 or 202 response means the endpoint accepted the request; engines still decide independently whether to crawl and index. Google does not participate.
AI assistants answer from the web they can find
When you ask about something current, these assistants search the web and point to the pages they used. None of them accepts submissions from site owners, so what they can cite depends on what their search sources have discovered, and how recently.

Where IndexNow fits. IndexNow tells participating search engines, such as Bing, Yandex, Seznam and Naver, the moment a page is new or changed, instead of waiting for a crawler to notice. It does not reach Google, and none of the assistants above documents that it reads IndexNow directly.
What AutoIndexNow does. It announces only new or meaningfully changed pages, with the evidence and every endpoint response on record. It does not guarantee crawling, indexing, ranking or a citation; it makes sure the engines that listen hear about real changes quickly. How changes are detected.

How AutoIndexNow works
- 01Discover
- Reads robots.txt and your sitemaps, including sitemap indexes, and keeps the URL set within your plan.
- 02Detect
- Checks status, canonical and noindex, renders eligible pages, then hashes the normalized content. Timestamps, counters and session noise never count as a change.
- 03Verify
- Re-checks your key file before every batch so a broken key file becomes an alert instead of a silent 403.
- 04Submit
- Your first crawl is a silent baseline. After it, pages that are added, changed, removed, redirected or set to noindex are sent to the IndexNow endpoint in bounded batches with retries and backoff.
- 05Record
- Keeps every request, response code and retry per URL, exportable as CSV. Accepted is recorded as accepted, never as indexed.
Evidence for every submission
Each batch keeps its attempts: endpoint, response code, response body excerpt, duration and retry schedule. Terminal rejections (400, 403, 422) become alerts; transient failures (429, 5xx, timeouts) retry with backoff. Change evidence is never lost on failure.
- Per-URL timeline: first seen, changed, submitted, accepted
- Response codes explained in context, with the full reference
- Operational alerts by email: broken key file, rejected batch, crawl failure, plan limit
- CSV export of URLs and submission history; JSON export of the whole account
- API and deploy hooks for CI-driven submissions
